A short multi on the PATH system.
This cache replaces Stand On Your Head, which was muggled. The final is now a micro, and the math is easier. Cachers who found Stand On Your Head are invited to come back, find the new cache, and get another smiley.
At the posted coordinates, you will find a sign with lots of information about this point in the PATH system. Find the part of the sign that points to the next town. Stand on your head, read the sign, and assign a number to the first four letters of the town's name, using the secret code we all used as kids: A=1, B=2, etc.
Well, you don't actually have to stand on your head, but the name of the town will be easier to read if you do. You'll see.
The final is located at:

X = the first and third letters of the town's name added together.
Y = the second and fourth letters of the town's name added together.
Z = the fourth letter of the town's name.
Remember that you're standing on your head!
The final is a short distance away, and is hidden in a manner which will give no trouble to experienced cachers. It might prove to be tricky for new cachers. I have seldom seen anyone here, but you're in a public place, so use reasonable stealth. And gentle handling will increase the lifespan of the container.
You can park on the street right by stage one. This is not a night cache. PATH hours are from dawn to dusk.
