Stage One
The posted coordinates will bring you to a statue of a woman, pictured below. I've been driving by this statue regularly for a decade. Somebody in the neighborhood frequently puts a shawl (or cardigan or shrug) on the statuesque woman. If she's wearing something when you visit, please post a picture to your log if you're able. I'd like to get a sense of her full wardrobe.
Let A equal the number of digits in the address of the house in front of which the statue is located. So, for example, if the address of the house is 46732 Summit Avenue, A would equal five, the number of digits in 46732.
Stage Two
Walk across the street, to N 44° 56.473 W 093° 08.573. You are standing in front of the mansion where the Governor of Minnesota lives. What does this have to do with the statue across the street? Well, nothing, as far as I know. But I couldn't have you see a landmark across the street and not at least look at the Governor's Mansion, right?
You will see a plaque identifying who gave the house to the State of Minnesota, and in honor of whom the gift was made. Let B equal the number of first, middle, and last names in the names of the donor(s) and honoree(s). So, for example, if the mansion was presented to the State of Minnesota by John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt in memory of Millard Fillmore and Chester Arthur, B would equal 8. Let C equal A*B.
The Cache
You will find the cache at N 44° 56.(459-C) W 093° 08.(601+C).
