Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates are not correct. Solve the puzzle below to find the correct coordinates. Cache is a MKH - please BYOP. Stealth will be needed as Ground Zero can see a lot of activity at times.

This year after the Advanced Placement Calculus test, my seniors studied a unit on cryptology, ciphers, and puzzle solving. Students researched the history of different ciphers, encrypted and decrypted by pencil/paper and the computer, and even had a guest lecturer from the NSA speak to them. Of course solving geocache puzzle caches was the final project of the unit. The culminating activity was to hide a geocache as a class and develop a puzzle for the whole world to solve.
