Troppa pizza a Milano

Event, ideato durante il
Tuscan Geo-BBQ #1 - Prato all'Albero con l'intenzione di
portare un po' di sana
toscanità nel nebbioso nord, unendo
alla passione per il cibo anche un po' di sano
geocaching
lombardo-emiliano.
Ma per dare più spazio ad un evento che ha le premesse per
diventare interessantissimo sia come organizzazione che come
strumento per la diffusione del geocaching, ossia il
[JLX] GeoMare&Monti 2011, abbiamo deciso di
annullare la parte di Parma e trasformare questo in un amichevole e
rilassato incontro tra geocacher dinnanzi a 'tanta pizza',
invitando tutti a prendere seriamente in considerazione la
partecipazione all'evento Ligure.
Questo evento si terrà
Sabato 24 Settembre alle ore 20:30 al
locale
TroppaPizza di Viale Certosa a Milano. Qui per 12
euro si avrà a disposizione la prima consumazione (le successive
sono a pagamento), un caffè e... pizza senza limiti. All'interno
del locale, infatti, i camerieri girano tra i tavoli con dei
taglieri con diverse tipologie di pizze e sarete liberi di chiedere
ai vari camerieri di lasciarvene una fetta sino a quando sarete in
grado di resistere.
Il locale 'gemello' è già stato testato, più che positivamente, lo
scorso anno per un evento in onore di una geocacher danese spesso
in città.

sull'evento:
Il locale è facilmente raggiungibile dalla Tangenziale Ovest e
dalle Autostrade A4, A8 e A9.
Vi chiediamo la cortesia di
confermare la vostra presenza e il numero di partecipanti, entro
il 20 Settembre, così da poterci organizzare al meglio,
prenotando un tavolo sufficientemente grande e avvertendo anche il
gestore.
Vi consigliamo di mettere l'evento in
watchlist
in modo da poter essere aggiornati in maniera costante sia sulle
ultime novità, ma anche sull'eventualità che per motivi
organizzativi utilizzeremo il locale gemello un po' meno facile da
raggiungere ma, forse, con maggior facilità di
parcheggio.
Milano è probabilmente la città italiana con il maggior
numero di cache urbani. Alcuni di questi sono notevoli dal
punto di vista del cammuffamento, altri sono nascosti vicino a
luoghi particolari e curiosi dal punto di vista storico, culturale
o artistico.
Sarà nostra premura cercare di nascondere qualche altro
cache in modo tale da rendere più interessante la visita sia a
coloro che prediligono l'aspetto ludico degli eventi, sia a coloro
che già sono stati a Milano e che troveranno, quindi, nuovi ed
interessanti stimoli per le loro ricerche.

Too much pizza in Milan

Event, created during the
Tuscan Geo-BBQ #1 - Prato all'Albero with the intention
to bring a little
tuscanity in the foggy north, combining
the passion for food and a little healthy
Lombardy and Emilia
geocaching.
But to give more space to an event that has the prerequisites to
become interesting as an organization and as a tool for spreading
geocaching, which is the
[JLX] GeoMare&Monti 2011, we decided to cancel the
part in Parma and turn this into a friendly and relaxed meeting
among geocachers in front of 'much pizza',
inviting everyone to
seriously consider to attend to the event in Liguria.
This event will be held on Saturday, September 24th at 8:30pm at
the pizzeria
TroppaPizza (
literally: 'too much
pizza') in Viale Certosa, Milan. Here for 12 euros you will
have the first drink (the subsequent ones in charge), a coffee
and... no limit pizza. In the restaurant, in fact, the waiters walk
between tables holding boards with different types of pizza and you
are free to ask the waiters to leave a different slice until you
are able to resist.
The restaurant has a 'twin' that has already been tested, very
positively, one year ago for an event in honor of a danish
geocachers thet is often in Milan.
Notes regarding the
event:
The restaurant is in Milan but it is easily accessible from the
highways A4, A8, A9 and A50.
We ask the courtesy to confirm
your attendance and the number of participants, no later than
September 20, so we can better organize, booking a
table large enough and also alerting the restaurant operator.
We strongly advise you to put the event in
watchlist
so you can be updated continuously and the latest news, but also
if, for organizational reasons, we will use the other 'twin'
restaurant that is a little less easy to reach but, perhaps, it has
more easily parking.
Milan is probably the Italian city with the largest
number of urban cache. Some of these are significant in terms
of camouflage, others are hidden near particular places and curious
from the standpoint of historical, cultural or artistic.
We will carefully try to hide some other cache in order to make the
visit more interesting both to those who prefer the playful aspect
of the events, both those that have already been to Milan and will,
therefore, new and interesting stimuli for their research.
