You see them everywhere, who left them unfinished? Why are they here? Where do they lead? When will they ever be finished?

No need to 'drive' yourself crazy trying to figure them out! I left a cache there for you to find and thus gave them a purpose.

Be sure to BYOP since there is no room for one and park well away from traffic. This should be no problem, as this road leads NOWHERE!!!!!!
