DON'T FORGET YOUR BUG SPRAY!!! Hope you have strong ankles because this walk along the beach can be an ankle twister. There are many ways to get there but the beach may be the shortest and straight shot there. While we were out it was swarming with bugs. A nice view of the island and you can sometimes hear large ships out in the water. Terrain rating is due to a small creek you may have difficulty crossing. If you go farther out towards the water you can skip rocks to get over it. Enjoy the hike!
