You may drive right up to the cache or hike/bike to it from the Heritage Trail along the Columbia River. It is located next to Riverview Park which includes a wildlife pond. Please watch out for muggles in the park or along the trail. IF THERE ARE MUGGLES NEARBY GO AHEAD AND LOG THE FIND WITHOUT SIGNING THE CACHE LOG... BYOP
Idea for the cache comes from Tumbleweedpirates and the book FORTUNATELY by Remy Charlip.
Fortunately, Tumbleweedpirates handed to me on a "silver platter" a great cache idea.
Unfortunately, a westside cacher shattered that platter by giving my cache a NRV rating (no redeeming value).
Unfortunately, I archived the cache instead of disabling it as a response.
Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the cache container, I discovered a very impressive growth of cheat grass surrounding the old cache location. Even I came to the conclusion that a NRV may have been warranted after cleaning the cheat out of my socks.
Fortunately there is another great cache location nearby and I will carefully weed around it so I can claim SRV instead. (Some Redeeming Value)
8-4-2011 Unfortunately, some cachers reported the cache was missing, Fortunately, the cache is still there, the sleeper was just just leaning more to the east.
So, have changed the hint to a spoiler.
