Geocache Description:

It is No3 of cache in cycling load.

"Sui-bou-hi" is a monument to pass on the flood damage before to future generations.

Osaka City is called the capital of water, and has used many rivers and seas to live for a long time. Therefore, a lot of flood damage happened. The place where you have been led to GPS is one of a lot of Sui-bou-hi monuments in the Osaka city.

It writes in the monument so. "The disaster happens again when forgetting. "

This shows us the learned lesson from "Typhoon ( Muroto,1934 and Jane,1950)" to lose a lot of lives and the properties.
