5 caches have been placed around the Codroy Valley for the Feather and Folk Festivals 1st Geocaching event. They are placed in both great birding areas and areas around the Wetlands Ramsar site. There are plently of awesome views for you to enjoy so bring along your camera and have fun!
The trees close to the cache location are frequented by woodpeckers. There is no trouble to hear them knocking on the wood looking for food. The tree in the yard directly across for the cache is very popular for these birds.
Please try to be discret in this area...there are usually a lot of people around. Please place the cache back out of site.
