In 2007, I hid ANCHOR at this location. Although
it was muggled in 2008, 142 cachers made the find and seemed to
like the location. So I've brought back ANCHOR as ANCHOR RETURNS.
If you need a little break from the excitement of downtown, this
teeny tiny park is a great place to stop and enjoy the view.
Finding the anchor is easy, but where's the cache?
A short walk from downtown parking, easy flat terrain. Nice for
kids. Takes less than 5 minutes.
