Geocache Description:

The Eco geocache of KISC. During the summer we have up to 2 000 Scouts and Guides staying on our site, so please be sensitive to them when attempting to find the cache! Please ensure to fully close the cache to prevent the contents from getting wet

UPDATE 22/08/24: The Eco Cache is currently not in place, we are working to find it and/or source a replacement. Currently, it is not findable. Apologies for the inconvenience.

At KISC our programme is based on 3 different ideas:

This geocache is dedicated to our Eco programme and therefore you will find it in a special location on our campsite. At the scout centre we care a lot about the environment and protecting the nature so follow our principles of "Leave No Trace" and do not leave the path when looking for the cache!

Kandersteg International Scout Centre (KISC) is the World Scout Centre of WOSM. It was founded in 1923 and more than 12 000 scouts visit KISC every year. Apart from accommodation the scout centre also offers a wide variety of programme. More information can be found under: www.kisc.ch
