Geocache Description:

Can only be found snorkeling or scuba diving;
small box attached to rope on sandy bottom in approx. 9 feet of water.

This geocache is named after the category 4 Hurricane Charley that blew through this area on August 13, 2004. A large industrial type tarp was blown in from somewhere during the hurricane and has created a mini reef with a variety of marine growth and fish.

Look for the dark area between the two pilings at the North end of Englewood Beach.

There is an underwater slate as a sign in log and the container does have a few small items in it: Blue Glass Stones, Snorkel Keeper, Starfish, Tank Banger, Wristband.
