What were they growing here?

For those of us old enough to remember the energy crisis of during the 70's. Long lines at the gas stations and all that went with that. The natural solution for energy in Arizona was Solar Farms. Here on this site stood one of those farms. When they realized that the cost expended far exeeded the financial gain they sold off the solar panels. Some of the ones from this site were purchased by a local farmer and moved a few miles North East of here. We were care takers on that farm for a few years.

Interesting how almost 40 years later they are looking at the sun as a good source of energy. Hopefully this time they will get it right.

After way too many DNF's we finally had the time to run out and check on this one. It was indeed missing. We replaced the container in a little different way. The coords are a litle different as well. Hopefully this one won't fall down a hole as it isn't hanging around a pipe.
