Geocache Description:

Another great little SF City Park

Garfield Square Park in San Francisco's vibrant Mission district is another recipient of large sums of city money for a recent restoration, and it's been much improved by it. It has a pink dragon, a new kids playground, a big soccer field, lots of grass, huge trees, indoor swimming pool, great murals, BBQ grills, and picnic tables.

What's not to like?

Well, what's not to like might be that it is located in an economically depressed area, and that the after dark crowd may be less than savory. While it felt safe enough to me in the daytime, I would not recommend going to this park at night.

The cache is located away from where the main action is here. Hopefully that may foil some of the muggle observations, but it may still be tricky to grab and replace the cache due to the nature of the hide.
