this cache replaces our John McGregor travel bug that was muggled. It is a small rubbermaid container.

We were searching too close to dusk to find the bugger, will have to come back.
I do have some additional insight into the lone stone. I came here maybe 17 years ago with my Grandfather. Back then this area was still a cemetary to the medical center/poor farm folks, but the land wasn't as kept. There was no fence, there were weeds four feet high no more than a few feet beyond the north entrance. The land was horribly uneven as a result of the pine boxes that they used decaying and caving in.
The McGregor stone that is here was laying on it's back several yards to the north of it's current location back then. It was riddled with fresh stone chips. Especially in the center. These chips are worn mostly smooth today, but I can tell you these were not done by weather alone. The town back then was rumored to be occupied by grave robbers, and it is likely this stone came from another location.
Of one thing I am certian. If this is the cemetary where John McGregor lies, he likely doesn't lie at the exact center of the ring of pines.
