Micro cache in village setting.
Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, OM, FRIBA (9 November 1880 – 8 February 1960) was an English architect known for his work on such buildings as Liverpool (Anglican) Cathedral and Battersea Power Station; what is probably less well known is that one of his designs is in the pretty Derbyshire village of Stanton-by-Dale.
His design is in the classical style, but topped with a dome reminiscent of Soane's self-designed mausoleum in St Pancras' Old Churchyard, London.
There is public access at any time. it is not suitable for large parties, and you must be aware of muggle activity when entering or leaving.
On-street parking is readily available nearby
Congratulations to dave&niki on their (first ever) FTF
