This rock, 0.74 miles from shore, marks the distance to Grand Marais harbor at 5 nautical miles. It is also 4 miles 943 yards to 1st St. in Grand Marais by road. Well that's almost 5 miles. Imagine that Eh? For those approaching from the South, reverse what I typed....Hugh?????
A quick park and grab located along gorgeous (and famous, thanks to Bob Dylan) Mn. highway 61. You are looking for a Waterproof match container. And they are waterproof as long as the lid is on tight.
Although not a busy highway, please use stealth. Wait for any cars to pass before making the grab. Thanks.
