PLEASE REPLACE AND COVER WELL THANKS!!!!!!
This cache is placed in Berrima Reserve. After parking at the Gates Entrance and walking down approx 500 mtrs on a well definded track in a lovely bush area. You will notice were some big pine trees have been felled.
This area many years ago was a place were you could put your boat in, but now people use it for canoeing and fishing.etc.
It is on the Wingercarribee River, which flows into the Wollondilly River into Warragamba Dam (Then into Sydney) into Neapean and lastly The Hawkesberry River.
Southern Portland Cement (Now Blue Cirle) in it early days used to pump water from the weir to use in its cement manufacturing process.
The cache is a black fruit container with log book pen and usual goodies.
It is a great spot to have a picnic if you want to carry your gear down.
