One of the more unusual buildings in Laguna Niguel, the Chet Holifield Federal Building, is often referred to as "the Ziggurat" and stands at the northwest juncture of La Paz and Aliso Creek roads. It's hard to miss, since it's a deep shade of mustard yellow and resembles a pyramid.

This building is full of high security secret Federal stuff and you probably wont find a cache closer. The cache you seek is located behind the wal-mart across the street from "the ziggurat", but has a clear view of this interesting building structure.
When making the grab remember...big brother is be watching.
