You are looking for a small cache just off the new bike path through the wetlands. PLEASE REMOVE THE CACHE FROM ITS HIDING PLACE BEFORE OPENING IT!!
I watched this path through the wetlands being created last fall and took a walk on it when it was still covered with ice and snow, planning a few caches along it. I was pleased when a nice cache was placed this spring: Micro Wetlands (GC2RGPT). I'm placing 3 caches along the path.
Parking is available at: N 41° 27.952 W 090° 31.932; however, when there is a lot of snow, this parking area might be covered with snow.
I saw some large tadpoles when I was here - hope to see the frogs later! Also saw some pretty iris growing in the woods along the path. The cache contains some kid swag and a gold dollar for each of the FTF, STF, and TTF. Also contains a TB.
PLEASE REMOVE THE CACHE FROM ITS HIDING PLACE BEFORE OPENING IT!! Please bring your own pen.
