Geocache Description:

Easy enough cache to find. This is a test cache for a series that I will be hiding throughout the Central Arizona valley this summer with art objects that relate to the history of the canal system. Please don't take any of the objects in the handmade box. Log book to sign.

This is a prototype for a series of caches that I am creating for my MFA thesis show at ASU in the Intermedia Art department. I would appreciate any feedback that you could give to the cache. The caches will all relate to the history and use of the canal system in the valley in an attempt to get people to visit and experience the water that is all around them. What did you think about the story, would you participate in the activities that were suggested, was the information too boring or preachy, what do you think about the craft of the box, did you gain any additional information about the canal system that you didn’t have before, and is that a good thing? Any feedback would be great!
