Unlucky Cache Multi-Cache

A fairly quick and easy multi cache, if you don't look too hard. Begins at Cousler Park and has a total distance of 2 miles between the three stages.
The first stage contains a two digit number "AA".
The location of the second cache (micro) is:
N 39 59.(485+AA) W 76 46.(533+AA)
Stage 2 can be a bit tricky at times. You will need to go through some overgrowth in order to find the cache.
The second stage contains coordinates to cache 3 (regular).
FTF prize of a 1 GB SD card.
