Cache is located not too far from the P-5 Bell's Mill Road Parking lot.
Rock but don't Roll refers to the steepness and terrain condition. with the river to your right stay on the trail until GPS tells you otherwise then its a short 50ft-75ft walk up the incline to a stone structure. It is with personal experience that the quicker and more momentum you do it with, the quicker it takes. Once you are victorious in obtaining the cache, take a breath, sit on the rocks, sign the logbook and be extra careful on your way back down.
If the coordinates are off or seem off, your geosenses on this one will guide you directly to the cache. Head towards the rocks, in the crevice of the 2 large ones and the cache is a maroon cookie container large enough for many trade items.

UPDATE AUGUST 25th, 2013: I have passed maintenance tasks and upkeep to SAJski1 who I would personally like to thank for keeping up with this cache since I have moved to Virginia. The cache itself has been refurbished with an 8 by 8 by 2 deep Rubbermaid lock 'n' lock container with a camo paint job...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE rehide as found as it has been proven to be a popular cache and has been muggled far too many times due to being not quite hidden enough. Thank you SO kindly and keep on ROCKin'!
