Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a mini-series of caches that will be highlighting what I've found to be bad ideas in general when it comes to a hide.
This series could cover any aspect of a cache, from the container to log, location, or even the finder.
Hopefully this series of a few bad examples will deter others from duplicating them.

This cache deals with the butter container.
First off, this has to be absolutely one of the most ridiculous containers I've even seen.
Last time I found one of these it was half full of water, and that's with the lid in place.
We know these are not waterproof, but still choose to use them?
To top it all off, the very thin plastic that these are made out of does not stand up well to animals.
Have you ever found one of these containers that has been chewed thru? I have!
The cache I've placed here has a bad start from the beginning.
The cache already has holes chewed thru it, and the lid fits so poorly that I had to use an elastic band to help haphazardly secure it closed. Oh, and the no-longer zipping Ziploc bag has a few chew holes in it too.
Don't be surprised to find bugs and/or water in it.
You may want to bring along your own log just in case mine is soaking wet from a recent rain.
Remember to bring something to write with, preferrably something that writes well on damp/wet paper.
