Plymouth Rock is the traditional site of disembarkation of William Bradford and the Mayflower Pilgrims who founded Plymouth Colony in 1620. There are no contemporary references to the Pilgrims landing on a "rock" at Plymouth until 121 years later. The Pilgrims 1st landed near the site of modern Provincetown on the tip of Cape Cod in November 1620 before moving to Plymouth. If interested you can find a piece of the "Rock"in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Not sure what connection NE Grand Rapids has with the Pilgrims, but I found it interesting we have a couple of streets named Plymouth and Bradford and a church with Mayflower in its name.
Watch for muggles during normal business hours.
