This cache is located beside the Nakashima River.
Near the entrance of Ryoma Street.
Tamagawa-tei was the restaurant where many meetings were held at the end of Edo era. In the 1867, Ryoma Sakamoto set a negotiation between Takayuki Sasaki of Tosa, and Kogorou Katsura of Choshu.
Katsura asked Ryoma for preparing the fee to repair the ship of Choshu.
Next day Ryoma asked Yatarou Iwasaki to invest the money.
