This is one of our favourite walks as there are lots of rabbits and pheasants around but dogs should be kept under control at all times and especially during nesting and shooting season. The humans tell me that the views are fabulous too!
You will be looking for 6 micros in total - they are mostly all large bison type and some are tethered with a cable tie in their hiding places. If they're not tethered then you will probably see remains of cable ties to give you a clue as to their whereabouts. We hope that they are fairly easy to find as we know how annoying it can be to not find one. The coordinates above are for the first micro.

Parking is available in Winterborne Kingston alongside church wall, or up East Street in Bush Park. Please park carefully and with consideration for the locals. It is essential to have pen & paper and OS Explorer 117 or Landranger 194 (not least to get back to the car) and a copy of the code which you will need to work out the coordinates to find the clues.
TR’s Secret Rendezvous Cache GC2XMVR can also be done at the same time but will increase the total distance from about 6 to around 7 miles. To do the Rendezvous cache, after finding Clue 5 carry on along the bridleway down the hill. If you don't want to do the extra mile, after finding clue 5 turn back and follow the 'new' bridleway going along the field edge to the side of Combs ditch across to the wood and then turn right at the corner and you will see a new horse gap and the path to follow through the woods until you get to a sort of crossing where you turn right and join the old bridleway/footpath.
Since we moved house I'm not walking here as often as I'd like, but I come back every so often so if you see a black cocker spaniel, it could be me - say hello and "discover me", I'm a trackable!

The cache is a 700ml plastic container, in a waterproof camouflage bag, and when placed contained a small ‘First to find’ prize and assorted pink items along with a logbook, pen, pencil, sharpener and eraser.

PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO TAKE A COPY OF THIS CODE WITH YOU, YOU WILL NEED IT!
Congratulations to Tanwillo on being First to Find and also on discovering me - it was great to meet you!!
