This is a "baby frog", spawned by nearby "Leap Frog". After you find Leap Frog, you can continue down the road a little further for this cache. It isn't far off the road, but over the summer you should always keep an eye out for snakes. When you find the cache you will see the resemblance to "Papa Frog."
