Coming Out on Top Traditional Cache
H2"O": Just saw PI Even's log and since we can't confirm that this is a public park anymore, we decided to archive it.

The cache is located in Chauncey Park in the village of Dobbs Ferry.
We drive past this park all the time and have always wondered what it was so we finally took a look. It’s kind of an odd piece of land that the town probably didn’t know what to do with so along came "Chauncey Park". There are no trails at all and only a small park sign at the end of Stanley Avenue. Most of the park is quite steep terrain, but we placed two caches in the more level area. The tree cover is pretty heavy so you might experience some difficulty with the signals.
There is a barricaded parking lot that runs alongside the park that is not in use. We’ve provided coordinates for nearby parking along Stanley Avenue. The best way into the park is just to the left of the park sign between two small trees and we’ve also listed those coordinates.
