Just about a park and grab when you park at gas station. Observe the "no parking" signs around GZ. This cache can be found very close to the Center of Stafford, just off the intersection of Routes 1 and 630.
(Most online maps, including Google maps, plaster the name "Stafford" right over the area of this cache, due to the proximity of the courthouse; which I guess is Stafford's "zero milestone". Hence the name of the cache.)

Micro in a usual, well-lit place. Best to park at nearby gas station plaza and cut through the hedge near the industrial vacuum and tire pump. Easy access to and from I-95.
