Located close to a historical building built in 1840 and is still in use today. This geocache is hiding in a regular size ammo container on the ground, not far from the jailhouse. Parking is available on the street. Caution should be taken due to the muggles touring the area in the summer. May not be winter accessible.
The Charlotte County Courthouse, built in 1840, was declared a National Historic Site in 1983. Built in the Greek revival style, this is considered to be one of the finest examples of 19th century architecture in Canada. It is located right next to the Old Goal, the site of the Archives.
Original Contents: Turtle tracking bug, crayons, log book, pencil, bouncy ball, deck of cards, dice, rubber bracelets, and a keychain.
