Geocache Description:


Lake Leaghur is an important wetland occupying 59 ha in a Crown land reserve. It supports significant vegetation communities, flora and fauna species, and provides important breeding habitats. Over 100 bird species have been spotted in the area and the area has deliberately not been developed to preserve its natural state.

It is situated approximately 16 km north of the township of Boort and 3 km west of the Loddon River on the Canary Island Rd
