Geocache Description:

A quick way to get from Broadway down to the Waterfront, with a bison tube along the way. You do not need to leave the walkway, or disturb anything to get this grab. Please replace carefully to ensure it's safety.

The City of Newburgh created this walkway a few years ago. It is now easy to get from the end of Broadway down to the waterfront. Looking straight out from the walkway you will see Gully's, a floating restaurant. To the left is the waterfront proper with restaurants, spa's, boating and a monument of Columbus. Even further left is a nice view of the Newburgh Beacon Bridge. Enjoy the view, take some pictures, then walk down to the waterfront and enjoy the views from there.

You can park at the bottom of the walkway on Water St.(free), or up top at the end of Broadway (bring a quarter for the meter).
