Cessna 172 Skyhawk

The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a is a four-seat, single-engine, high-wing aircraft. It’s first flight was in 1955 and is still being produced. More Cessna 172 Skyhawk’s have been built than any other aircraft. The world record longest flight was done in the Skyhawk for a charity in Las Vegas. It was in the air for Sixty-four days, 22 hours, 19 minutes and 5 seconds before landing, Refuelling and supply was done by a car pacing it as they pumped/passed up fuel, oil and food. It is 8.28 m long and has a wingspan of 11 m. It weighs 767 kg (empty) and maximum speed is 302 km/h with a range of 1,289 km
