The cache formerly known as GCD1B1... http://coord.info/GCD1B1
The cache is hidden just off the summit of Beacon Hill in Leicestershire - visitor information can be found on their website https://www.leicscountryparks.org.uk/beacon-hill/. There are various routes to the cache - the Beacon itself has an upper and lower car park for a short or longer stroll respectively. Parking costs £2 for up to 1 hour, £3 for 1-3 hours and £4 for over 3 hours (prices correct as at January 2020). Other free parking may be found in the village of Woodhouse Eaves and the lanes around the hill - though beware of secluded spots, unfortunately, it's a prime spot for break-ins. There are often Longhorn Cattle grazing on the top of the hill, and you may also see the alpacas which have recently been introduced. We have adopted this cache as it was the first one we found, back in December 2004! We couldn’t bear to see it archived so we’ve resurrected it with the kind permission of the previous owner, Leicestershire County Council and the Beacon Hill Rangers. Please ensure the cache is well-hidden after your visit, as this is a popular place for visitors.
