Geocache Description:

A family friendly cache to acknowledge and emphasize the placement of American flags in our community. It's not necessary to trample any vegetation in order to find or retreive this cache. We have left a HUGE clue at ground zero so that you won't even be tempted to enter the natural area. Actually, it's a tiny clue with HUGE significance. This cache is too small for a pen or pencil so bring your own.

Congratulations to Samm99 and steve & renee for their very fast "co-FTF". This is not a series but rather a theme of caches placed near or within view of well maintained American flags. The rules of Geocaching may prohibit placment of a cache near some prominent flags (ie close proximity to other caches, etc) but we hope to keep this theme growing. Also, conditions may result in the flag not being on display while you are searching but don't let that deter you. Like most flags, this one is in an area where muggles are probable and traffic is nearby. Crossing the nearby street in the vicinity of the cache is not safe. Use the controlled crosswalks North or South of the cache or park on the same side of the street as the cache. Please use caution
