Nolin's First Cache Traditional Cache
Mnnorske: I am so sad to give up on keeping this cache going. I have had a cache in this location for 9 years but they keep getting removed. Someone just doesn't want a cache out on that beautiful point.

An easy P&G in a beautiful small park on Lake Pepin. I had a cache here a couple of years ago and it was often muggled. I think this new location will give the cache a better chance of being left alone. Please replace it carefully so others can enjoy it.

This should be an easy find as there aren't a lot of places to look. However, this area can be very busy at times and it will be a real challenge to make the grab and replace the cache without being observed. This is a very winter friendly cache and is above any future threat from flooding.
No need to go on any private property or to open or move anything.
OK, so since several people have had trouble finding this I am now giving so much away in the hint that you may want to try to find it without looking at the hint!
It's not in the rocks - don't go out on them, too dangerous!
But it's not far from the rocks - but much higher.
