This is our spot! Right up above cache location is an undeveloped neighborhood that comes to a dead end and looks out over the whole city. This is the spot where me and my fiance used to come and look out over all the lights. In April 2011 I took her here on April 7th 2011 and proposed to her (and she said yes.) Today we came back to put out a cache to memorialize the spot. We will be getting married in August 2011!!
Best way to enter is to come from North DeAndrea Parkway into the not yet developed neighborhood and follow the road back. You can also hike up to the location from down below off of Vista Blvd. There is a jeep trail down there. Once houses are built that might be the only access. The cache is in a christmas tin containter that is kinda like a small lunch box. It contains a log, pencil and a few small items. Happy findings.

Update January 2013: Houses have finally started sprouting in the area!!
