Geocache Description:

The walk lays between a railway line and river and care should be taken when caching with children.

In the 1970's this place was a magnet to children of all ages. Perhaps less popular with parents/children now it can be very overgrown in summer and muddy in winter.

The cache is a small lock&lock container wrapped in cammo tape and is hidden at ground level.

Being wooded, GPS's can be less accurate so please use the hint if you get stuck.

This is another cache in memory of the many dogs that have shared their life with our family.
This cache is for Yosser who often went for walks around and through this wooded river walk.

Yosser (lab cross/mongrel)was very much my Dads dog and was perhaps the most human dog I have ever known. He seemed to understand everything you said and whats more seemed to sense your emotion too.

A wonderful friend who made all our lives better for knowing him.

Yossers heart broke when my Dad died but he still did his best to steer us through the grief and we'll never forget him.
