This is part of a series of 4 multi caches in Ludlow. This trail takes you to some of the interesting lanes and allyways in the town.
We suggest you call in at the tourist information office, a good place to pick up a map to help you.

Ludlow was built as a planned town, protected by the castle, over 900 years ago. Now a lively market town, it has prospered in the past fron the wool and cloth trades.It was also home to the Council of the Marches, which ruled the border counties and Wales untill 1689. A fashionable social centre in Georgian times, it is now famed for its gastronmic reputation.
There are good transport links to ludlow, public transport, road and rail.
Parking: there is on street parking in Ludlow, but we recomend that you use the park and ride, just off the A49,[Mon. to Sat.] or the pay and display, near the station.
