This is a cache that was created to be part of the Gauteng Power Series (GPS). The Gauteng Power Series (GPS) was created to offer Cachers the opportunity to achieve personal caching goals by using Grand Personal Selection (GPS) to decide how to hunt and find these caches, all in one day, or one by one over a period of time. Remember to Go Physically Safely (GPS) when you Grope, Peek and Search (GPS)

As this stretch of the (GPS) is near the Lanseria Airport, we thought a plane theme is in order.

Aermacchi AM.3 Bosbok

The Bosbok(Bush-buck) was first introduced in 1973. The Bosbok saw extensive action during the South African military operations in Angola. The Bosbok had many roles but it was in the dangerous role of target-marking that the Bosbok really excelled. A Bosbok was once credited with destroying an entire 37 mm anti-aircraft gun with a lucky direct hit from one of its smoke marker rockets. The Bosbok is 8.73 m long and has a wingspan of 11.73 m. It weighs 1,080 kg (empty) and maximum speed is 278 km/h with a range of 990 km.
