Brotherseldom: Went to check on this one today. It looks like gardeners have been tossing tree trimmings back here instead of hauling them away. I excavated and found the cache but I am gonna kill it and maybe do something else. Digging through a pile of branches just doesn't seem like a good time.

A nice quiet park needing a cache. When you find it, try to keep the volume down as to not disturb the neighbors.
You don't need to bushwack, leave the trail or stomp through the plants. Look with your eyes, not your hands.
