Fenn's, Whixall and Bettisfield Mosses National Nature Reserve is a National Nature Reserve which straddles the border between England and Wales, near Whixall and Ellesmere in Shropshire, England. It is a fascinating and unusual landscape, with a very remote feel, at times slightly eery, and on a hot day can even resemble the plains of Africa! It is well worth exploring.
It is managed by Natural England and the Countryside Council for Wales and comprises three peat bogs, Bettisfield Moss, Fenn's Moss and Whixall Moss. The Llangollen Canal runs through the reserve, close to which is the site of this cache.
The cache is a small camouflaged click-lock box containing various swag, geocoin, Little Snig TB, logbook and pencil.
Please post a photo with your log if you can.
Good luck!!
