The cache IS at the posted coordinates. It can be found, and the logbook
signed at any time and logged online as a find although there is an
optional
requirement to meet the challenge part of the cache.
Do you log your DNFs?
DNF logs can be helpful, both to a cache hider and finder.
Sometimes any info is helpful during the search. This cache will
hopefully, encourage you to log your DNFs.
Logging requirements [optional]
Before counting this
cache as a find the challenge is to have posted at least 101 DNF
logs and Included a "print screen" capture with your log, verifying
your DNF count. This
is an optional requirement; you could just list your total number
of DNF logs up to the day you log this cache as a
“Find”.
How to find your DNF total:

Go to your geocaching.com "Quickview" page

Pick on "show all logs for geocaches"

Pick on "Show; Didn't find it"

On your keyboard pick "Print screen" and paste into "Paint" or
other program of your choice and save it

Add the attachment to your log
