A micro hidden at a busy hospital location, contains a log only.
This series of caches is placed for all of those geocachers who are spending time at one of Edmonton's hospitals visiting with and looking after friends and relatives who are ill. It can be depressing hanging out in the hospital all day long waiting around for tests and stuff, so we thought we should place this series of caches to give you an excuse to get out for a little break!
This cache is placed in honour of the wonderful Lois Hole Hospital for Women, part of the Robbins Pavilion at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. This is a great modern hospital, with plenty of architecture and art on show in its large public areas. Take a walk around and enjoy the artwork which is all around you!
The cache is camouflaged and cunningly hidden in an outdoor public location which is often busy. It may be best to seek this one at the weekend or early morning/evening. Please use discretion - this is a hospital cache, so there are often patients around. Reception is sometimes poor between the tall buildings, so we advise scoping out the location using Google Earth and perhaps using the hint too! If you can get more accurate coords, please post in your log!
