Stop And rest by the roadside
“Tourist Rest”
Tourist road is a scenic drive approximately 12 kilometers long joining Kangaloon road with the Illawarra Highway. When driving from the South coast to the Southern Highlands or traveling down to the South Coast this alternative route will make a pleasant variation to the main road. The winding tree lined country feel will invite you to stop and take a little rest and enjoy the stop. The area is abundant with wildlife including wombats, Kangaroos and many species of birds. GC adjoins the water catchment area so please adhere to the signs and fenced area.
