Short walk into a fishing spot on the Fitzroy Falls Reservoir
“Somethin’s Fishy”
Welcome to the Fitzroy Falls Reservoir. This water spans some 5 square kilometers and is an integral catchment for Sydney and the Southern Highlands water supply. Restricted fishing is allowed here however please observe the signs.
Access is best from the car park just up from GC much easier than jumping the fence.
Nearby Fitzroy Falls.
This small village is best known for the waterfall that plunges spectacularly into the thick eucalypt forests of the valley beneath the escarpment.
With its rainforest gullies, wildflowers, colourful parrots and rosellas and many other native animals, Morton National Park is the main attraction here.
