The second of a trio of caches hidden in the Forestry Commission's beautiful Witton Woods which, thanks to the public campaign, will remain free with open access to all. This is a traditional cache in its own right as well as being a vital clue to finding the Golden Egg hidden at Rooster's Remorse 3.
To find the Golden Egg you will first have to seek the clues hidden at Rootser's Remorse 1 (unfortunately now archived but see CO's log of 21 Aug 2017) & 2. Use what you find there to help you crack the encrypted coordinates for this cache which are:
bflpr nunpy pwfke dleeo nflpy bubeg fubpz elfoe vebnf qlaub qpeoe copfb ekedl eepwe bpynu vegfu bpeud rpfbe bubea ubqpe owxyz
This cache and macguffin are not camouflaged or disguise so are hidden off the beaten track where they are less likely to be discovered by accident. Tree cover is dense here so coordinates may not be reliable.
There is parking for two or three cars in the layby in the corner of the woods nearest to Ebridge Mill (See waypoint)
The cache containasa log sheet only so PBYOP. A pen and a paperclip are basic equipment for all geocachers. Play the game. Sign the log or don't log it as found!
