Geocache Description:

One of the most interesting places to visit in my hometown is Smuggler’s Cove or le fourneau, a cave in cliffs of Meteghan, where, during the days of prohibition, rum runners used to stash their barrels at low tide, knowing that it would be safe until the next tide. At the barbershop, if they knew the investigators were listening, they would discuss fabricated activities further down the shore to mislead them.I enjoy visiting this place' either for
a picnic lunch or watching the beautiful sunsets with
mrs neonbiker.
