There's no puzzle to solve as such, but all of the information you will need to find the general location is on this page. The only advice I can offer is to think laterally.
The cache is located in an urban location - please park and hunt with due consideration to those nearby. Consequently, mega stealth will be needed at GZ. I strongly advise you to read the hint so you know what you're looking for though.
Final location is buggy friendly but not wheelchair friendly. Please bring a pen. Please be economical when writing out the log. We're setting the difficulty at 4 for now but we may revise this depending on how you get on.

Please note, there are two containers to this cache. Container 1 is located by means of solving the puzzle, and contains the co-ords to container 2, which contains the logbook. You need to sign the logbook to claim this cache and any find logs that haven't met this requirement will be deleted. This second container is required for the cache to meet the guidelines of publishing on the site.
